{"id":1112,"date":"2022-06-03T09:53:45","date_gmt":"2022-06-03T09:53:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/regjistritkj.al\/?page_id=1112"},"modified":"2022-10-26T08:00:40","modified_gmt":"2022-10-26T08:00:40","slug":"instructions-for-participation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/regjistritkj.al\/en\/instructions-for-participation\/","title":{"rendered":"Instructions for participation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>What can be included in the register?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Examples of intangible cultural heritage, at the core of which are knowledge-making handicrafts, the practice, and the passing of a craft or skill from one person to another.<\/li><li>Traditions and customs in Albania, which are transferred from one generation to another or transcend generational boundaries.<\/li><li>Also folk songs, folk dances, folk tunes, oral expressions, folk games, rituals, traditional cooking, performing arts, and knowledge related to nature.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can make proposals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Associations;<\/li><li>Various communities (practitioners, groups, carriers within a given geographical or thematic area, organizations in the field);<\/li><li>Individuals or Groups of individuals.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can not make proposals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trade organizations<\/li><li>Political organizations<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who maintains this registry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Culture, through specialized structures and institutions subordinate to it, administers, edits and reserves the right to request necessary adjustments to this register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay special attention to the following factors:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions to this interactive registry should be made by communities and organizations that practice and are familiar with Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We encourage collaboration between different communities!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Show respect for diversity, variety, and nuances of traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlight changing ICH moments and pay attention to different types of the same heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider previously underrepresented groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avoid stereotypical assumptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Give visibility to good practices in the ICH field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What can be included in the register?
