It is a calendric ritual celebrated 25 days after Easter. Kol\u00ebndritja (collection day of ingredients), begins on Wednesday when little girls walk through the village streets asking for flour, oil, eggs, and butter to collect in small sacks, bottles, and bags. These dishes will be cooked by their mothers and grandmothers who got together in several houses. On Thursday, the dish cooked by women of the village with ingredients collected from every house will be distributed. Meanwhile, some portions will also be saved for those who could not attend this celebration. The dishes are mainly dough-based, both salty and sweet. The most typical dishes made are two-layer lakrori (a savory pie), pies, pancakes, revania (sort of pound cake), pandispanja (cake spongy layer), pengjir (a kind of cake made with plenty of egg yolks), and so on. Then the women celebrate at a joint lunch or dinner where they eat their cooking. This lunch can take place in the former State-owned Canteen, or at \u201cIlia\u201d restaurant, the only one in the village. Little girls are masked like old women, brides, grooms, gypsies, etc. during the Wednesday collection of ingredients. While the women, under the same disguises, play also other games during lunch or dinner.
